Conversion

Welcome back to The Deal Thread, our monthly investor & stakeholder letter.

The past month has been about one thing: conversion.

  • Design conviction converted into production code.

  • Market research converted into a focused go-to-market wedge.

  • Early demand converted into a launch calendar with real dates on it.

Here is where things stand.

01 · Product

Design complete — now in production, ahead of schedule

Design and mockups for ACQYRE's first release are done, and the platform has officially moved into production build.

  • The full connected experience — sourcing, diligence, integration, and value tracking, all linked by the golden thread — is now being engineered, not imagined.
  • We are tracking ahead of schedule on the production roadmap.
  • Based on current velocity, we expect paying customers live on the platform by September.

That last point deserves a beat

Six months ago this was a thesis on a whiteboard. In roughly sixty days, it will be revenue.

02 · Go-to-market

We’ve picked our wedge, and it’s AEC

Our direct go-to-market playbook is in active development with Antoine and Kalungi — and the most important decision in it is already made.

ACQYRE is launching as the M&A Operating System for serial acquirers in the AEC sector (Architecture, Engineering & Construction). Rather than marketing a horizontal platform to everyone who runs deals, we are going deep into a single vertical where deal volume is exploding, execution infrastructure is decades behind, and buyers already feel the pain of fragmented M&A every single day.

03 · Market signal

The sub tsunami is real — and it’s $34 billion

Why AEC? Because a generational ownership transfer is hitting the sector, and almost no one is equipped to execute against it.

Baby boomer owners of specialty trade contractors — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, concrete, framing — are aging out at an unprecedented rate.

58–62

Roughly 1 in 11 specialty contractor revenue dollars will change hands over the next seven years. The acquirers who capture this wave will not be running their deals in Outlook and Excel. They will be running them on ACQYRE.

04 · Launch roadmap

Three conferences. One public launch.

We are anchoring our launch motion to in-person AEC/M&A events — the highest-conversion channel for this buyer type. We are targeting three conferences through year-end, with a public platform launch by late September.

Let us know if you plan to be at any of these. We would love to see you!

05 · Capital formation

Pre-seed tranche: 1 spot left

We have right-sized the first tranche of our SAFE financing and continue moving through the valuation-cap ladder:

With production ahead of schedule and paying customers expected by September, the final two spots in the pre-seed tranche are the last opportunity to participate at the $8M cap before the platform is live and generating revenue.

Want in before the platform is generating revenue?

06 · This month’s priorities

Converting the build into a launch

  1. Advance production build toward September customer-ready release
  2. Finalize direct GTM playbook v1 with the AEC wedge at the center
  3. Close the final spot in the $300K pre-seed tranche
  4. Lock the three-conference event calendar, anchored on AEC M&A in Utah
  5. Complete launch collateral for the late-September public launch
